This page describes refunds for 123 Legal Support service fees. Court fees paid to a court are set by the court and are not controlled by us.

eFiling. Service fees are non-refundable once the filing is submitted — even if the court rejects it. That matches the rule already stated on our California county eFiling pages. If we have not yet submitted the filing, contact us.

Process serving and other fieldwork. If we have not begun work (no dispatch / no attempt), contact support@123legalsupport.com about a refund. After work has begun, attempts, skip trace, stakeout, and third-party costs are generally not refundable. A non-serve after proper attempts does not by itself create a refund.

Notary. Completed remote or in-person notarizations are not refundable. Cancel before the appointment starts — see the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds, when issued, go back to the original payment method. Email support@123legalsupport.com with your order details.
