[00:00]  Hi, I’m Mike Reed, eFiling Manager at 123eFile.com.

[00:05]  This video gives a fast overview of how to create an account and start eFiling - whether you’re new or experienced.

[00:26]  On our website, you can order nationwide process service and find answers in our Help Center, or contact our team by phone or email.

[01:11]  123eFile is designed to get you eFiling in California courts in three steps: add a payment account, add a filing attorney (or file as an individual), and add your case.

[02:17]  We’ll review payment options, including eCheck vs. card, and why some courts may require adding payment methods more than once.

[04:10]  Next, we’ll add a new or existing case and show how to use live chat if the court or case isn’t appearing correctly.

[08:08]  Then we’ll select the document type (Proof of Service), upload the file, and double-check it’s complete before submitting.

[09:16]  We’ll enter key filing details like service date, service fee, and who you’re filing on behalf of.

[10:16]  We’ll also explain eService options and how to request additional services like process serving if needed.

[13:00]  To avoid rejections and fees, it’s important to add a backup credit or debit card for certain courts.

[17:16]  If you run into errors, you can return to your drafts, update the payment method, and resubmit.

[18:47]  After submission, your filing will show as pending, and you’ll receive an email once it’s accepted or rejected with the reason.

[19:21]  If you want help, our concierge team can handle eFiling from start to finish. Contact us at 833-693-3453 or 123efile.com.

[20:01]  Thanks for watching - take care.
