[00:00] Hi, my name is Michael Reid, President and CEO of 123eFile, and today I’m going to show you how to fix a court-rejected PDF that’s missing basic information.
[00:25] We’ll use ILovePDF.com to quickly edit a PDF by selecting the file and using the “Edit PDF” tool.
[01:01] This example was rejected because the service fee was missing. For simple fixes like a fee, you can add the missing information without redoing the entire document.
[01:35] After adding the missing fee, you can save the updated PDF and prepare it for resubmission.
[01:55] Next, we’ll go into the 123eFile portal to replace the rejected document with the corrected version and resubmit the filing.
[03:08] Once submitted, the Proof of Service is resubmitted to the court for review and acceptance.
