Before work starts. If we have not dispatched a server, submitted an eFiling, or started a notary session, we will cancel the order. See the Refund Policy for fees.

After work starts. We cannot reverse a filing already submitted to a court. Process serving already in progress may be stopped going forward; completed attempts and incurred costs still apply.

Self-service accounts on 123efile.com follow that portal’s own cancellation tools. Assisted filings through 123 Legal Support are cancelled by contacting us.
