We keep the ordering process simple while collecting the information needed to coordinate service properly.
1. Upload Your Documents
Send the summons, subpoena, complaint, eviction notice, family-law papers, or other documents that need service.
Include the recipient's name, last known address, deadline, identifying information, and any useful instructions.
2. We Assign a Local Process Server
The assignment is reviewed for urgency, location, document type, and known circumstances before being coordinated with an appropriate server.
Rush and same-day assignments receive priority handling when availability and timing permit.
3. Service Is Attempted
The server proceeds to the provided Gulfport or Harrison County location and attempts service according to the applicable instructions.
If the recipient is unavailable, additional attempts may be made when included or appropriate for the assignment. Different attempt times can be useful when work schedules, gated properties, apartment access, or other circumstances affect availability.
For difficult serves, available information can also be evaluated before deciding on the next reasonable approach.
4. Proof of Service Is Provided
After successful service, the relevant details are documented and the Proof or Affidavit of Service is prepared as appropriate.
If service cannot be completed, clients receive information regarding the attempts rather than being left without an explanation of what happened.
