The Texas Supreme Court announced Monday that it will allow service of process in civil cases through social media or email if traditional methods of serving lawsuits in-person or through the mail fail. Where can I get a Texas Process Server Master List?
Private process servers are now certified by the Texas Supreme Court. Please go to the Judicial Branch Certification Commission website at http://www.txcourts.gov/jbcc/process-server-certification/ for a list of authorized process servers and for instructions on how to get on the list.
How do I renew my subscription?
